Q.key is a cloud-based tool for a modern, comprehensive and secure management of locking systems.

Locking systems are managed in Q.key within individual tenants. Cylinder and key articles can also be imported, created manually, edited and re-ordered. The corresponding matrix is displayed for each locking system. The KWD data of an existing system can be synchronized at any time.

Within a tenant, master data including individuals, companies and organizations are available for administration. The tool works with depositories and storage locations that can be created, edited and managed manually. Key copies can be issued to holders or depositories and withdrawn at any time. Not only are customizable receipts prepared that can be signed directly online, corresponding journals are also created for seamless logging.

In addition to evaluations including export options, Q.key also offers you the option of creating various application roles with individual viewing and writing rights.
