Q.key is a cloud-based tool for a modern, comprehensive and secure management of locking systems.
Locking systems, including the keys and cylinders they contain, as well as their catalogs and manufacturers, are managed in Q.key within individual tenants.
Locking systems, cylinder and key articles can be imported, created manually and edited. Re-orders can be carried out for keys and cylinders. The corresponding matrix is displayed for each locking system. The KWD data of an existing system can be synchronized at any time.
Within a tenant, master data including individuals, companies and organizations are available for administration.
The tool also works with depositories and storage locations that can be created, edited and managed manually.
Key copies can be issued to holders or depositories and withdrawn at any time. Not only are customizable receipts prepared that can be signed directly online, corresponding journals are also created for seamless logging.
In addition to evaluations including export options, Q.key also offers you the option of creating various application roles with individual viewing and writing rights.
After registering in advance and taking out a subscription, log in to your personal user account at https://app.qkey.ch/ with your email address and a password.
From here you have access to all your tenants and the relevant detailed information.
For customers who would like to subscribe to Q.key as a cloud solution, we offer four different subscriptions that can be billed monthly or annually.

It's currently possible to pay for fee-based subscriptions using the following payment methods:

- PostFinance Pay
Note: For the “Business” and “Enterprise” subscriptions, the “Invoice” payment method can also be selected for annual billing.
We do not offer regular trial subscriptions with full access.
However, the “Free” subscription is available free of charge. Not all available functions are accessible with this subscription, but it offers a good insight into the solution.

To register a personal user account, go to https://app.qkey.ch and click on the “Sign up here” link.
A new page will then open where you can go through the registration process, including the selection of a suitable subscription, in just a few steps.
After registering in advance and taking out a subscription, log in to your personal user account at https://app.qkey.ch using the “Login” button at the top right of the website with your email address and a password.
From here you have access to all the tenants you have created and the relevant detailed information.
If a subscription is changed to a higher-level subscription, this can be done immediately. In this case, the terms of the original subscription are retained. The costs are calculated (via remaining days) on a pro rata basis for the billing period so that you only have to pay for what you receive.
In all other cases, a change requires termination of the current subscription.
It's possible to change a current subscription on the overview page of the respective tenant in the “Subscriptions and invoices” tab.
To access the tenant overview page, log in to your personal account at https://app.qkey.ch and click on your name at the top right of the page. A pop-up window will open.
Here, click on the “Settings” link behind the client for which you wish to renew a subscription.
Note: To be able to take out, change or renew subscriptions, you must have the role of an administrator for the respective tenant.
A minimum contract period of 12 months applies to annual subscriptions. Thereafter, the contract can be terminated by either party with 2 months' notice to the end of the billing period.
A minimum contract period of 1 month applies to monthly subscriptions. Thereafter, the contract may be terminated by either party with 1 day's notice to the end of the billing period.
A current subscription can be terminated in the respective tenant account with just a few mouse clicks.

It's possible to renew an expired subscription on the overview page of the respective tenant in the “Subscriptions and invoices” tab.
To access the tenant overview page, log in to your personal account at https://app.qkey.ch and click on your name at the top right of the page. A pop-up window will open.
Here, click on the “Settings” link behind the tenant for which you wish to renew a subscription.
Note: To be able to take out, change or renew subscriptions, you must have the role of an administrator for the respective tenant.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot password” link on the login page.
By entering your email address, a link will be sent to you which you can use to set a new password.

On your account page, you can edit your personal information and create a new tenant or voucher if required.

On your personal account page, you will find a “Create new tenant” link at the bottom of the page, which you can use to create new tenants and set them up on their overview page.
The newly created client will be displayed in the pop-up window mentioned above once it has been created.
Click on the “Settings” link after the tenant name to go to its overview page and view and change information and take out or adjust a suitable subscription.
As a specialist partner, you can take on the role of a “tenant manager” in Q.key.
This means that you initially create a tenant for your customers and (if required) define a discount for the subscription to be taken out.

As a specialist partner, you can create a new tenant quickly and easily with just a few clicks in the designated tenant management tool.
Created tenants can be prepared in a further step (e.g. equipped with locking systems and master data) and then released for the respective customer at any time.
A voucher code is generated in the course of this release. This gives your customer the opportunity to test the Q.key “Enterprise” subscription free of charge for 14 days.
Discounts on any fee-based subscriptions taken out at a later date can also be selected during this process.
